• What your browser reports. IP address, device and browser type, and which pages of BunnyBenefits.com you looked at.

3. Why We Hold It

Every piece of information above earns its place. Your mobile number lets us text you about your account. Your work email lets us send account correspondence. Your Company ID routes your profile to the correct workplace group. Your opt-in record proves you agreed to messages, and your opt-out record makes sure we stop. • A law, subpoena, court order, or government request can compel disclosure.
• A merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets may include member records, and affected members are notified.

6. How Long We Keep It

Registration information stays with us while your member account is active. Opting out is the one case where we deliberately keep something afterward. Your mobile number goes onto a do-not-contact list precisely so that nothing further reaches you.

What we provide is transactional and informational. We do not administer plans, adjudicate claims, or give benefits advice.

2. Registering

Five things have to be true before you register. You are 18 or older. You work for, or are authorized to act for, an organization registered on the platform. The work email you enter belongs to you and you can access it. Any mobile number you enter is yours or you are its authorized user. And you hold a valid Company ID issued for your workplace.

3. Agreeing To Messages

Ticking an SMS consent box gives express consent to receive automated SMS notifications sent directly by BunnyBenefits regarding your account, benefits information, enrollment activity, and support interactions. Frequency varies with your account. Your carrier's standard message and data rates may apply.

You never have to agree. Registration works whether or not the SMS boxes are ticked.

4. Where We Sit

5. What We Expect From You

Register honestly and completely. Use your own name, work email, and mobile number rather than somebody else's. Treat your Company ID as confidential. Use the platform lawfully and in keeping with your employment relationship. Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or exploit the systems behind it.

6. Ownership Of The Site

The design, copy, and code that make up BunnyBenefits.com belong to Tomorrow Jobs LLC and are protected under applicable law. Reproducing or redistributing any part of it requires our written permission first.

7. No Warranties

BunnyBenefits comes to you "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, and that includes any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not promised.

8. Limits On What We Owe

So far as the law permits, Tomorrow Jobs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages connected to your use of the platform or your inability to use it.

9. Which Law Applies

Delaware state law governs this agreement, together with applicable federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

1. The Program

BunnyBenefits is a benefits platform that sends registered users alert-related text messages and promotional notifications directly regarding their accounts, workplace plan activity, enrollment information, and benefits resources.

2. The Messages Themselves

BunnyBenefits sends alert-related text messages and promotional marketing messages via SMS. In practice that means plan changes recorded on your account, enrollment windows opening and closing, activity and confirmations on your member profile, and benefits planning material relevant to your account.

3. Saying Yes

Texts are optional and always have been. The consent boxes on the registration form start unticked, and leaving them that way does not stop you registering or using BunnyBenefits. Ticking one gives express written consent to receive recurring automated SMS notifications sent directly by BunnyBenefits at the mobile number you provide, regarding your BunnyBenefits account and services. Entering a number you do not own or are not authorized to use is not permitted.

4. Saying Stop

Reply STOP to any message. One confirmation comes back and then nothing further arrives from us. Should you want messages again later, write to support@bunnybenefits.com and we will switch them back on.

6. How Often They Arrive

BunnyBenefits charges nothing for notifications. Your carrier may, depending on your plan, since message and data rates can apply to texts you receive. Your wireless provider can tell you exactly what your plan covers.

8. Your Number Stays Yours

No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number and your opt-in status exist on our systems for one reason, which is delivering the alert-related text messages and promotional notifications described here and in our Privacy Policy.

9. Delivery Is Not Guaranteed

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Whether a text reaches you depends on your carrier's network availability and coverage, neither of which we control.

10. Changes To The Program

We may alter or discontinue SMS notifications at any point. Material changes come with advance notice to registered members where that is reasonably possible, or as applicable law requires.
